I’m really interested in this textile art I recently discovered by Katie Findlay. Inspired by the Large Hadron Collider, the world’s largest and highest-energy particle accelerator, Katie creates circular pieces of art made from textiles referencing the Collider and the physics behind it. I can almost feel the energy just by looking at some of the pieces. I love how they look very Space Age and Arts & Crafts at the same time.

Digging these a lot. Feel like the first just sent a thunderbolt through the screen!
I love these!!
I can’t wait to tell my husband about these! I like the combination of science and craft.
