I recently discovered the Japanese line G.V.G.V. and fell in love with their Spring 2011 collection which was just shown at Japan Fashion Week.  There were a number of details that struck me.  First of all, I thought the mix of leopard print and ikat was genius and a little reminiscent of Dries, which I’m always down with. Secondly, I was taken by the long robes and coats belted at the waist (the sleeveless trench!) and worn over tailored shorts AND cut-offs.  I will also never be mad at bright pink trousers.  Adore.  I started dreaming of pink pants when I saw the Vanessa Bruno S/S 10 video with Lou Doillon.  And those caftans?  Oh my, those caftans.  Extra special with the fringe piping around the bottom.
