Spring 2008 was one of my favorite seasons of le dress. From boxy sheaths to vintage-inspired frills to romantic and flowy silks, there were a plethora of feminine, wearable dresses that didn’t scream body-con silhouette.  But what really got me were the watercolor prints, the painterly florals, and the saturated garden of color plus those adorable yet sophisticated mice and swans at Marc Jacobs.  I tore these out of Vogue thinking, “these are dresses that beg to be worn.”
