I was flipping through a World of Interiors the other night and came across this happy home in Paris owned by Nerina Rossini, an Italian who lives in Athens but also keeps this gem for occasional visits. Greece and Paris. Doesn’t sound too bad to me. Her friend and interior designer, Vincent Darré, was given full reign over decorating her apartment adding whimsical touches to a well-edited (and colorful) selection of furniture and objects from his own line. I was especially taken with the walls covered in enlarged zoological drawings and the two crayfish tallboys from Darré’s new collection, A l’Eau Dalí. Yes, it’s all very Salvador Dalí and I can’t get enough of the Surrealism that’s on display. It’s making me want to add some crustaceans to my mix.
