I love dancing. Not just the crazy, let-yourself-go-wild-to-New Order kind of dancing, but the real kind of dancing. The Ballets Russes and Sergei Diaghilev, the revolutionary modern dancer and choreographer Martha Graham, The Golden Age of Flamenco – I have a deep appreciation and affection for all of it.  I stumbled across these black and white photos from the NYT blog, Lens, titled “Freezing the Fluid Emotions of Dance”, featuring dance photos from the ’20s through the ’90s.  Oh how I wish my parents would have kept me in ballet.
